Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. There is a £50.00 charge to re-book for all lasers and aesthetic treatments.
Our Doctors appointments fees are non-refundable and is deductible from treatments and procedures carried out.
Refund Policy

However, if you have changed your mind about your treatment purchase within 14 days, we are happy to
exchange for other treatments/ products. We offer a credit note towards other treatments/ products purchase.
