Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. There is a £50.00 charge to re-book for all lasers and aesthetic treatments.
Our Doctors appointments fees are non-refundable and is deductible from treatments and procedures carried out.
Refund Policy
Epping beauty clinic does not offer refund on any treatment(s), purchase, used/opened products and treatments purchase on offers/discounts.
However, if you have changed your mind about your treatment purchase within 14 days, we are happy to
exchange for other treatments/ products. We offer a credit note towards other treatments/ products purchase.
